Homes in Serbia and Montenegro can start today through the early-partner program: setup shaped around the records you already keep, staff training shift by shift, and support in your own language.
To be honest: we do not yet have customers in these countries, and what we publish about their regulations we verify in the official gazettes first.
Slovenia, Austria, Germany — and beyond
DomPlus is multi-jurisdiction by design: registers and care records adapt to each market's regulations, and the interface already runs in English. When we enter a new country, we localize the language and the documentation together with our first partner home there — on early-partner terms.

In which countries does DomPlus operate today?
Care homes in Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina use DomPlus in daily operations — public social-care institutions and private homes. Homes in Serbia and Montenegro can start through the early-partner program. In other countries DomPlus is not localized yet, but the interface already runs in English and we localize together with the first partner home.
Does DomPlus work in Slovenia or other EU countries?
Not as a localized product yet — we would rather say that honestly than overclaim. What exists today: an English interface, a platform designed so registers and care records adapt to each country's regulations, and an early-partner program. The first partner home in Slovenia, Austria, Germany or any other European country gets the localization built with them and around their records, on early-partner terms. Is the interface available in English?
Yes. DomPlus runs in Croatian, Bosnian, Serbian and English today. When we localize for a new country, the local language is added for care staff — and anyone who prefers English can keep using it.
How does the early-partner program work?
It starts with a 20-minute call about your home — size, processes, which records you keep. If it fits, we set DomPlus up around your existing records, train staff shift by shift, and stay directly available while you run it. Early partners work directly with the founder, shape the localization for their country, and keep early-partner terms.
Do we have to use every feature?
No. Every home gets the whole system — there are no packages and no editions — but the home decides what it uses and how. Some start with activity records and shift handovers and bring in therapies, absences or accommodation requests later; others use everything from day one. We set the system up around the processes your home already has: your lists and forms are adapted to you, not the other way round. DomPlus does not prescribe how you must work or which records you must keep — what you record stays recorded, with the name of the person who entered it and the time.
What does DomPlus cost?
A monthly subscription shaped to the size of the institution and the number of residents, with onboarding, training, support and all upgrades included — no packages and no hidden costs. We quote per institution after the first call.
